My son has been shortsighted since five years old on account of an accident, which might have made him blind. Fortunately, he just had myopia and wore prescription glasses from then on. It seemed that he was not confident for the reason that his classmates laughed at him and said he was disabled. To make him happy, I, with my husband always encouraged him that being shortsighted was nothing to be ashamed of and he should had confidence with himself. To encourage him, I promised to buy him a pair of brand new kid’s glasses if he could get high scores in an examination. (more…)
