My son has been shortsighted since five years old on account of an accident, which might have made him blind. Fortunately, he just had myopia and wore prescription glasses from then on. It seemed that he was not confident for the reason that his classmates laughed at him and said he was disabled. To make him happy, I, with my husband always encouraged him that being shortsighted was nothing to be ashamed of and he should had confidence with himself. My mother has retired for five years and stay at home all day along. At her spare time, she just does some housework and does some reading and writing. I am afraid that she is lonely at home and decides to buy a computer for her. Though my mother is no longer young, she can easily accept young people’s lifestyle.
